Cooperation as the Key to the Heat Transition

How can industrial waste heat be used efficiently and integrated into heating networks across company boundaries?
Which legal, technical and economic framework conditions need to be considered – and where are the greatest levers for successful cooperation?

As part of the Future Heat Highway project, we invite you to an interactive workshop offering practical insights, concrete application examples and space for exchange. Together with experts from research and industry, we will discuss success factors, challenges and lessons learned from existing projects – from industrial microgrids to cross-sector heating solutions.

A central element is an interactive workshop in which  participants will jointly examine the most common mistakes made when establishing collaborations and consortia – and what can be learned from them in concrete terms for successful projects.

Target group: Companies with waste heat potential, energy utilities and heating network operators, as well as stakeholders interested in industrial symbiosis and inter-company collaboration
