NEFI Technology Talk: Electrification of Industrial Furnaces

The transformation of industrial production processes towards climate neutrality requires new technological approaches, particularly in the field of industrial heat. A key lever in this context is the electrification of industrial furnaces, which makes it possible to replace fossil fuels with renewable electricity and thereby achieve a sustained reduction in emissions. At the same time, this transition creates new opportunities for companies to make their processes more efficient, more flexible, and more resilient to future challenges.

The aim of the Technology Talk is to present the potential and challenges of electrifying industrial heat processes in a clear and accessible manner, while highlighting practical approaches to implementation.
