How can the transition towards climate-neutral industry succeed – and what skills are needed to achieve it?

The NEFI Technology Talk Net Zero Industry Day and GreetA – Green Transformation Academy Austria bring together industry, research, education and training providers, and innovation networks to discuss precisely these questions. The NEFI Technology Talk focuses on current developments in industrial transformation, sustainable technologies and future-oriented skills development.

The programme includes the presentation of the new RTI call for proposals, two high-profile keynote speeches, a panel discussion, presentations of GreetA’s training programmes and the NEFI innovation network, project pitches, and an interactive marketplace featuring projects and initiatives.

High-profile keynote speakers from industry and research will provide insights into sustainability strategies, green process and energy technologies, and new requirements for skilled professionals and continuing education. Together with experts from the NEFI network and TU Graz, innovative training programmes and skills development networks for net-zero industry will be presented.

The event is being organised in cooperation with the partners TU Graz, GreetA – Green Transformation Academy Austria, Green Tech Valley, Montanuniversität Leoben and NEFI, bringing together their expertise in research, innovation, education and training, and industrial transformation.

In addition to the presentations, the event will provide opportunities for exchange, networking and cooperation. During short pitch sessions and the subsequent marketplace, projects and initiatives will present their approaches for the industry of the future.
